Our Story

BidWell Behavior was founded in Chico, CA in 2020 by Nicole Gardemeyer. Nicole was inspired to start her own agency when she saw that there was a growing need for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in the community in which she grew up. At BidWell Behavior we believe that everyone has a gift to give the world. Our mission is to provide services that empower clients to develop new skills and build independence so they can share their gift with the world. This includes providing access to foundational knowledge and support to the families we serve so they can confidently encourage their loved ones to meet their developmental milestones and personal goals.

Nicole Gardemeyer, M.S., BCBA - Owner, Clinical Director

Nicole received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico in 2014 and her Masters of Science in Psychology from Capella University in 2017. Then, in 2018 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has extensive experience in early intervention, behavior consultation, and Applied Behavior Analysis training. In addition, Nicole has a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management, and is a certified Trauma Professional.
