If you are a current BidWell Behavior client you may schedule a quick check in call or a meeting with Nicole. At this time we do not have options for meeting unless you are a current client. If you have questions or concerns please contact the BidWell Behavior office using the contact information at the bottom of the web page to talk with someone in our office.

Feedback Form
Click the button below to fill out our feedback form. Use this to file a formal complaint or provide feedback regarding our service, your behavior team, or general BidWell Behavior policies. We take feedback from our families very seriously and appreciate any information you can provide regarding your experience with our agency.

Request for Schedule Change
Click the button below to fill out the Schedule Change Request Form. Use this form to request a change in scheduled service hours. Once received our administrators will review it, compare it to team schedules, and determine if we are able to accommodate your request. The behavior analyst on your team will notify you regarding whether the request was approved or if we are unable to accommodate the request. Please remember that you have the right to refuse the schedule provided and may choose to terminate services at any time.

Parent Portal
Click the button below to log in to your parent portal on Rethink. You should have set up login information during the intake/assessment process. If you have logged into the portal before but can no longer find your information click “forgot password” and complete the steps.

Emergency Contact Update Form
Click the button below to fill out the Emergency Contact Update Form. Use this form to update the contact information we have on file in case of emergencies. These contacts should be adults who are not typically present during sessions in case there is an emergency situation involving the adult at session.
