We are looking for qualified professionals to provide ABA therapy to individuals with autism (and sometimes other developmental disabilities) and their families. We are seeking applicants who are interested in implementing progressive ABA interventions and are eager to collaborate with clients, their families, and other providers. Responsibilities will include:
Providing direct one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with disabilities
Implementing skill acquisition plans and behavior intervention plans
Gathering and analyzing data to monitor progress and update treatment plans
Collaborating with the key players (caregivers, school, OT, PT, etc.) on the clients team to assist in consistent and client-centered service implementation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in the field(s) of Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Human Development or related field
One year field experience working with special needs individuals in a home or community setting
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis concepts and principles
Reliable Transportation
Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities will include:
Engaging in restricted and unrestricted activities to collect supervised fieldwork outlined by the BACB as necessary to becoming a BCaBA or BCBA
Providing direct one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with disabilities
Implementing skill acquisition curriculum and behavior intervention plans
Gathering and analyzing data to monitor progress and update treatment plans
Training of staff, teachers and caregivers to implement behavior plans and skill acquisition plans
Collaborating with the key players (caregivers, school, OT, PT, etc.) on the clients team to assist in consistent and client-centered service implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in the field of Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Human Development or related field
Enrollment in a Master’s level program and taking ABA courses required by BACB to qualify for BCaBA or BCBA certificaton
Three years field experience working with special needs individuals in a home or community setting
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis concepts and principles
Reliable Transportation
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities will include:
Conducting and completing functional behavioral and skills assessments
Developing and monitoring skill acquisition plans and behavior intervention plans
Ensuring plans are written and being implemented in a way that is ethical, client-centered, individualized, and in a manner that reflects progressive ABA
Analyzing data to monitor progress
Writing and updating reports
Collaborating with the key players (caregivers, school, OT, PT, etc.) on the clients team to assist in consistent and client-centered service implementation
Training of RBTs, consultants, teachers and parents to implement plans
Keeping up with requirements outlined by BACB to maintain certification
Qualifications:
BCBA certification
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate with caregivers and other providers
Experience in training of RBTs and caregivers on ethical implementation of ABA concepts and principles
Excellent time management skills
Experience with Natural Environment Teaching, Trauma Informed Care, client assent, and other progressive ABA interventions
Experience with Vineland, ABLLS-R, and/or AFLS a plus!
